stromal vascular fraction : ウィキペディア英語版 | stromal vascular fraction
Stromal vascular fraction (SVF) of adipose tissue is a rich source of preadipocytes, mesenchymal stem cells (MSC), endothelial progenitor cell, T cells, B cells, mast cells as well as adipose tissue macrophages.〔Schipper HS, Prakken B, Kalkhoven E, Boes M. Adipose tissue-resident immune cells: key players in immunometabolism. Trends Endocrinol Metab 2012; 23:407-15.〕 ==Introduction== Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) is a component of the lipoaspirate obtained from liposuction of excess adipose tissue. Lipoaspirate, the waste product of liposuction (cosmetic surgery), contains a large population of stem cells called adipose derived stem cells (ADSCs), which share a number of similarities with bone marrow stromal cells, including the capacity for multilineage differentiation.
